Bodies by Colotti Services

At Bodies by Colotti we offer a number of services and program. Our main service is Private Personal Training. We also offer group personal training, post surgery therapy, children programs, challenges, corporate wellness, and others. Below we will describe each service in depth. During your consult we will determine which program is right for you, and some clients are in multiple programs. 
Private Personal Training
Private personal training was how we started Bodies by Colotti. Our owner Juli has been privately training clients for over 7 years. If you have specific goals and a flexible schedule private training may be for you. If you have an injury, had surgery, don't like groups, or just want one on one attention then private personal training is for you. Some client do a few sessions of private sessions before joining our group programs. The options are endless, and we are here to help you figure out what is right for you. 
Group Personal Training
Group personal training is a program that is constantly growing here. We offer group training classes at all times of the day. Our schedule fits everyone's needs. If you want to join our loving family this program is for you. If you see the videos on Facebook and you want to be a part of it, then this is the program for you. Our classes change everyday, and are always challenging. Nothing in life comes easy, and you may not be able to do it all at first but eventually you will. Every first class is FREE to try it out. Youth Athlete Programs
Children today play more sports, then other generations. By sports, I mean team sports and travel programs. Most kids are not playing outside like children of the past did, but are involved in some kind of team sport. Most of these sports just work on the game and not the athlete. If you have a multi-sport athlete, strength training is a must. If you have a child who is not an athlete, being active is a must. At Bodies by Colotti we teach kids how to be active and use their bodies through fitness. American Ninja Warrior is huge today with kids, and we try and bring the ninja out of every kid. They also may see Mommy and Daddy being active, and flipping tire. This makes the child want to do the same. Our kids programs include:

Injury Prevention and Post Surgery Rehab
Our owner Juli is an Exercise Physiologist. This means she can help you with current, or old injuries. If you had a joint replacement, or need one she can help you. Physical Therapy is great, but it does not focus on the entire body. Just because you have an injury to one joint or body part, does not mean the rest of the body isn't affected by that injury. After all everything is connected, like that song, "the neck bone is connected to the shoulder bone, the shoulder bone is connected to the...." you get the point. So, your muscles are connected in the same way. We can help you avoid injuries if you are older by strengthening your core and working on your balance. If you are already injured and physical therapy isn't working we can help you. We have had great success with clients who are injured or who have had joint replacements. Corporate Wellness
 This is Bodies by Colotti brand new service. We now can come to your workplace and offer what we offer in studio. We have a platform that delivers workouts and nutrition plans to each employee. The entire program is customized to each employee.
Organizations are recognizing that improving the health, and therefore increasing productivity, of their workforce can do more than cut costs. Increased productivity leads to an improved bottom line and sustained competitive advantage. Successful outcomes-based wellness programs measure productivity in addition to focusing on medical cost savings. For example, an independent study found that participants of Interactive Health’s programs returned to work sooner than claimants who did not participate – 11 days sooner from worker’s compensation, and 17 days sooner from short-term disability. The implication is simple: by taking a strategic approach to wellness, an organization develops a workforce that is healthier, more productive and more likely to drive value.

Financial Benefits of Implementing Wellness Programs2
While companies certainly care about the well-being of their employees, benefits decision-makers admit that a primary reason their company maintains a wellness program is to help curb health care costs, and 59 percent of companies agree that wellness programs can help reduce these costs.
Despite the benefits of wellness program, nearly a quarter (22 percent) of companies do not offer them for their workforce due to the difficulty in quantifying the return-on-investment (ROI). However, a comprehensive analysis of 42 published studies of work-site health promotion programs showed that companies that implemented an effective wellness program realized significant cost reductions and financial gains, including:

*An average of 26 percent reduction in health costs
