Children today play more sports, then other generations. By sports, I mean team sports and travel programs. Most kids are not playing outside like children of the past did, but are involved in some kind of team sport. Most of these sports just work on the game and not the athlete. If you have a multi-sport athlete, strength training is a must. If you have a child who is not an athlete, being active is a must. At Bodies by Colotti we teach kids how to be active and use their bodies through fitness. American Ninja Warrior is huge today with kids, and we try and bring the ninja out of every kid. They also may see Mommy and Daddy being active, and flipping tire. This makes the child want to do the same. Our kids programs include:
