I struggled with my weight, battled injuries, and felt frustrated that nothing seemed to work for my body. I wanted to feel strong, confident, and in control again—but the fitness world wasn’t made for women like me.
That’s why I built Bodies by Colotti—a place where women over 40 can train for life, gain strength without pain, and finally see results that last.
Growing up, I was always active. Whether it was playing backyard wiffle ball at family BBQs or catching, pitching, and playing goalie in soccer, movement was part of my life. But injuries kept getting in the way. No matter how much I loved fitness, my body seemed to fight back.
Despite earning a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Kinesiology/Sport Nutrition, I still struggled with my own fitness. I went through a major transformation in 2014, losing 100 pounds and even competing in powerlifting. But after another surgery, the weight came back—and I felt like I was back at square one.
