In addition to attending scheduled workouts you'll receive a nutrition plan we recommend you follow if you want to get real results.

Each week there will be scheduled workout sessions of varying intensity. We want you to attend as many as possible.

The results you get will be directly correlated to how hard you work. We provide everything you need just follow and you will succeed. 

If you are tired of making excuses, or have simply ran out of them this program is for you. We want people who are eager to succeed, even when things get tough.

We don't deal in tricks or fads. This program is not a magic bullet. It is difficult, but it works!

The program is suitable for beginners, and can be modified.

"I joined the challenge because once again I had let myself go. I had a knee injury and used that as an excuse to eat what I wanted and not exercise. I am not good at new situations and new people but convinced myself that I needed to do something after realizing that I'm out of breath going up and down the stairs. The challenge has been hard for me, there are some things that I still can't do and don't know if I ever will...but I have learned that I can be strong and can do some things that I never thought I would be able to do again. I have made some new friends and really enjoy the classes. I think that we are all in the same boat as we strive to be healthier. I am trying to set a better example for my daughter. "I started working out at Bodies by Colotti this January. The gym has never really been my thing, but I wanted/needed to get in better shape. I am also hesitant to join large group activites, but decided I'd try her 6 week challenge. Let me tell you, Juli is so amazing! She is welcoming and gives us a great workout every time. Not only are the workouts great, but the women in the classes are more supportive than I could have ever imagined. They've all become my gym family.
