At Bodies by Colotti you become a part of a growing family. You are way more then just a number. From the minute you join we take you under our wings and guide you. Our program offers more then any other studio in the area. Our clients sign up for 28 days and stay for years. We have fun here, I know that is hard to believe but there is always laughter in every class.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
YES!!! Everyone starts somewhere and everything can be modified!

How many sessions can I attend per week?
You can attend as many sessions as you can but we need a commitment of at least 3x's per week.
