Here are our most commonly asked questions:
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at 612 Ulster Ave in Kingston. We are across the street from Kings Valley Diner and next door to La Flotentina. 

Q.  I've never worked with a trainer. Do I do private training or the group classes?
A. This answer depends on the individual. We will do a FREE consultation to determine which of our programs works best for you.

Q. What are your qualifications?
A. All of our trainers on staff are certified person trainers. The owner Juli has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, and two Master's Degrees. One Master's is in Kinesiology and the other is in Sport Psychology. She also is certified through ACSM as a personal trainer, and NASM as a Sport Performance Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Q. What are your hours?
A. Our hours depend on our clients. Our current group schedule can be found under the class schedule tab on the home page. Private sessions depend on the client and trainers availability. 

Q. I have an injury, are the exercises modifiable?
A. Yes of course. We have people in classes that have hernias, hip replacements and other injuries. Everything can be modified to ensure your safety.

Q. I haven't exercised in years, and am so out of shape. Are group classes for me?
A, Yes, we have people of all ages and skill levels. Everyone starts somewhere.

Q: How fast will I see results?
A: How quick do you want to see them? We give you all the tools, all the resource and will guide you every step of the way. It all comes down to how bad you want it, and when the tough days come do you follow everything we teach you so you don’t reach for the chips or that cold bottle in the fridge.
