Where are you located?
We are located at 612 Ulster Ave. Across from Kings Valley Diner and next to La Florentina
Do your programs include a nutrition plan too?
You bet! All programs include a full nutrition program with recipe book, and grocery list too! 
 What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself ready to workout and a bottle of water. You can bring a towel for sweat if you would like. We provide everything else.

What if I'm to busy and don't have time to come?
Time is the number one excuse for not exercising. However, if you do not make time for yourself, no one will. It is time for you to figure out how to make this work. You can schedule three days a week to come to the studio and workout. Just treat it like any other appointment.
 How is this different then a local health club?
At Bodies by Colotti you are just not another number, you are a name and an individual. We treat everyone like family. After the first week every other member will be apart of your fitness family. It does not take long for everyone to start talking and encouraging everyone. The first class is always quiet, after that I can't get people to stop talking.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, of course you can! All of our classes and exercises can be modified. Many times you think you are more out of shape then you really are.

About The Juli
"We are more than a personal training studio, we are a family."
Juli Colotti is the Owner and Exercise Physiologist at Bodies by Colotti. She got involved with fitness at a very young age. From the minute she could walk, she was playing soccer and baseball. As an active child, Juli wanted to be involved in fitness as a career. Battling weight and health issues herself at a young age she learned firsthand how important fitness and nutrition were.

Juli’s goal is to teach people to stop making fitness so complicated, and to simplify things. Being fit and active does not need to be a chore, and should be fun. Juli will show you how to make it fun and a part of your lifestyle.
